Message: Great experience with a residential freight delivery. I had a 600lb+ crate delivery and FedEx was very coordinated and helpful with the delivery process. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.

Message: Drop my trailer at 9pm by 10:40pm was empty they allow me to stay overnight. please be clean don't mess it up for other driver.
